The VoiceWave
Team™ Conference
Center
Protocol | |
The VoiceWave Team™
Conference Center is both a
business and customer environment. Given the nature of
some marketing industries, resourcing or searching out
prospects may be inherent to a respective
business. As such, "prospecting" is an issue
addressed here and is strictly not allowed.
- You MAY
NOT use The VoiceWave Team™
Conference Center to conduct any
other business other than The VoiceWave Team™
Business. This includes inviting
anyone that is attending the Conference Center to a
Web site or to another VoIP room if you have one of
your own, and/or sharing your E-mail Address, Web site
URL, Telephone Number, etc. verbally or in text. This
practice is both unethical and unprofessional and will
result in your "IP Signature" being
permanently "Banned" from the Conference in
session, and from being able to attend any future
Conferences.
- Please enter
your "Real Name" to attend the
Conference. This will display up to 15 characters. A
Screen or Web alias is not professional in a Business
Class Conference anyway, and we track who is in
attendance. If a foul, or offending username,
enters in to the Conference Center that is
recognized by the Moderator Staff, the IP Signature of
the attendee will be banned from the Conference
Center immediately. In other instances, 3
"Private Text Messages" will be delivered to the
attendee in breach of protocol to close the room and
re-enter with their real name at the Moderator's
discretion.
- Do not enter
someone else's name, please use only your
real name. A secondary or duplicate name
matching the name of someone already in
attendance will not be able to access the
Conference Center. You will have to change your
entry name slightly in this
instance. Adding a space or a character to
your name will solve this entry issue.
- Once the Conference
concludes, we may open up the Text Chat to hold a Q
& A (Questions and Answers) period. Please do not
type personal messages or greetings in the Text Chat
screen, this is for Q & A only.
- During a Q & A session,
please type your questions into the text chat. Please
limit your questions to the subject of the
Conference, unless it has been opened to general
topics. Preference will be given to questions that are
in direct association with the topic of the
Conference. This is not an area for technical
assistance to do with this Technology or an the avenue
for questions to do with Customer Service or Support.
- Please do not step up to the
microphone to ask your questions verbally, unless the
Conference Center Moderator has offered this as an
option to you.
- If you are using your Left Ctrl
key for other computer applications during a
presentation. Please mute yourself by pressing (Ctrl+M) on your key board so that
the green balloon will not be flashing on and off.
- If the Conference Moderator opens
up the floor to Voice interaction after the
Conference, you may simply type in a "?" if you have a
question to ask, or a "!" if you would
like to make a comment about something stated.
The Conference Center Moderator will then
recognize you, and ask you to step up to the
microphone.
- If you have not yet done an audio
test on your microphone and speakers, please
visit The
VoiceWave Team™ Demo
Center. To do an audio test now,
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The VoiceWave Team™
Conference Center uses very
advanced Internet technology that operates through
the combined use of your local ISP, a variety of
switches, routers, and bandwidth providers.
If you loose your connection,
please re-enter The VoiceWave Team™
Conference Center.
If you see a message that
your alias is already in use, close the window,
click to re-enter again, and just add a space or
character to the end of your real name, and you
will be able to re-enter The VoiceWave Team™
Conference
Center.
